Man Charged In Fatal DWI Crash In Camden County

A Washington Township man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash in Pennsauken earlier this month, authorities said.

Michael Tucker, 30, was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol in the crash and was charged with death by auto, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.

The crash occurred Aug. 8 at Route 130 and Drexel Avenue in Pennsauken.

The suspect also was charged with assault by auto for others injured in the crash.

One victim, Angel Caraballo, 76, of Camden was pronounced dead on Aug. 8, at 9:47 p.m. 

On Aug. 24, toxicology results revealed that Tucker’s blood alcohol concentration was above the legal limit.
